Christmas is only a few days away. If you are looking to spread some cheer by giving your front door a festive look for the Holiday season but you are someone who is always scrambling at the last minute for Christmas decorations, here is a short list of super simple last-minute Christmas wreaths that you can quickly put together at a moment's notice.

List of Supplies You Will Need

  • Wreath Base (A hoop, thin wire or styrofoam)

  • Glue/duct tape

  • Cutter/Scissors

  • Choice of your Embellishments (ribbon, faux flowers, pinecones,  etc)

  1. Red Star Wreath

A Red Star Wreath is generally made with twigs from your backyard and red berries from the dollar store. This is a very easy craft to create and all you need to do is have a wire, twigs of a tree and styrofoam holly berries.

Now, mould the wires into a star shape, and place the bunch of twigs on it. Once it is secured, add berries using hot glue and it's done.

  1. Colourful Ornament Wreath

All you will need is a large-form wreath as a base, a garland, some ornaments, and a hot glue stick. To begin, apply hot glue on the wreath and prepare the rest of the wreath by wrapping the garland around it by gluing every few turns. Once the wreath is entirely wrapped with garland, begin gluing your favourite ornaments around the outer side of the wreath.

Make sure to hold the ornament to glue firmly for a few seconds, after some time it will be firm and won't wiggle. Once the first layer of ornament is done, fill in the second and third rows as well. You can finish it by adding a bow on top.

  1. Vintage Toys Wreath

Featuring a vintage car, this wreath makes a unique addition to your holiday decor. Start with a gold hoop and on the bottom, let a faux tree branch serve as the finishing touch. All you have to do is gather all the materials such as a large gold hoop, a toy car, some flocked Christmas tree branches and some sisal trees of different sizes.

First cut faux tree branches into small sections and wire them on the gold hoop. Make sure to create a firm surface for the car and sisal trees. Next, place the car on the golden hoop by putting the wire around the car wheels. Then set the car on the faux branches of the wreath. Now, add sisal trees around the car. To finish, add some glitter and fake snow. Finally, tie a ribbon around the hoop on the top to use a hanger.

Now it's your turn to create your own winter wonderland after browsing through some of our DIY last-minute Christmas wreaths.
