03 Construction Management
We work collaboratively with you and our construction team to make sure we are consistently pushing the boundaries of what is possible. With meticulous attention to detail and a strong design aesthetic, we make sure to manage the construction process efficiently. We also invite our clients to walk through the home at various stages, giving our clients the opportunity to see their vision come to fruition and to ensure we are exceeding their expectations.
Before moving into your dream home, we conduct a comprehensive pre-delivery inspection (PDI). A PDI is your first opportunity to view your completed home to give you peace of mind, satisfaction and to identify any items that may be missing, incomplete or damaged. It is also an opportunity for us to show you exciting features and systems in your new home.
05 Post Delivery
You’ve got your keys, a Certificate of Completion and Possession (CCP) issued by Tarion, and the homebuying process appears to be complete. Not quite. Our dedicated customer care team is with you every step of the way even after you move into your new home. If any issues were identified on the PDI, we schedule a service to your home and only require a sign off on the Completion Form after all issues are rectified.
